Patrice was born and raised in a suburb outside of Annapolis. She was accepted into the prestigious Robert H. Smith school of business at the University of Maryland. After completing her degree in Business Marketing, she resided in the Washington DC area where she spent many years working in the medical sales industry. With a strong commitment to consistent hard work, she advanced her career up the ladder and down to Florida to be the regional sales manager.
While searching for homes in Florida, she found herself enamored with real estate and decided to make the career change to be a real estate agent!
Additionally, Patrice's husband is a seasoned real estate developer primarily in downtown Sarasota and Washington, DC. This gives Patrice access to knowledge and perspective in the market. She is constantly learning about new industry developments and the marketplace as a whole.
