Meet Angie Fonder

As a Florida resident for over 40 years and a seasoned health care professional, Angela “Angie” Nichols Fonder recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her, and strives every day to exceed their expectations. Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Angie moved to Florida in 1980. She grew up on Anna Maria Island, graduated from Manatee High School, State College of FL and The University of South Florida.

 

Prior to entering real estate, she served patients for over twenty years in the healthcare field. These experiences instilled in her the discipline it takes to problem solve, manage a team, and build a strong work ethic. Angie has her ADN in Nursing and RCS in ultrasound. She is the proud owner of “Suncoast Clear Image” a mobile ultrasound company specializing in cardiac and vascular ultrasound.

 

Angie also specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on new construction properties as well as real estate consulting for investing purposes.

 

Angie believes in a philosophy of transparency and feels creating something of value must first lead with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together. She always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and this calling led her to real estate, serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

 

Outside of real estate, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Chad, her niece and two stepchildren who are currently in college. and of course her fur babies Jake and Scout.
